Description

Recovery Yoga is a trauma-informed, accessible yoga practice designed to support individuals in or seeking recovery from substance use, mental health recovery, and behavioral health for Peers. This practice combines mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to promote healing, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. Classes are inclusive, beginner-friendly, and rooted in the principles of compassion, non-judgment, and self-empowerment. Recovery Yoga creates a safe space for connection, reflection, and the development of inner resilience—one breath, one movement, one moment at a time.
